O-137: Tenki Denki

Before being given a new body of his own, Tenki was a ghost trapped inside the digital world, flitting about across TVs and phone screens. He's happy to be out, and loves to explore! He's very intimidated by very natural places like forests, especially if the wifi signal is bad, but still wants to see them since they're so new to him.
