MYO-101: Jellicle

Jellicle is a well-known troublemaker in the manic market. He is mischeivous and glib, but ultimately harmless. He likes to rifle through trash cans for fish bones and "pranks" tourists by giving wrong directions, tying shoelaces while people try to shop, and is all-around just a nuisance. That being said, Jellicle is very creative and friendly (once you get to know him).
