Glizzies are highly adaptive organisms which grow edible reed-like stalks. Baby glizzies are mobile and will wander around to find an optimal place to live. After finding a home, a glizzy will burrow itself into the dirt and allow its stalk tail to grow upwards and start producing. The stalk can be snipped off harmlessly to help the main body grow and is also edible, often eaten by itself or in a long bun. Glizzies are most often shades of brown with a fuzzy outside and firm, juicy inside (like a peach), but vary wildly from selective growing and different environments.
