Submitting Prompts

Prompts are the bread and butter of the Plushpet ARPG! They come in different categories, but they all function the same: draw/write your plushpet(s) in different scenarios in exchange for goodies!

To get started with prompts, click the Play button on the navigation bar and hit Prompts to see the different categories!

Submitting prompts

  • There are two ways to submit prompts: either by clicking the submit prompt  button on the prompt's card OR by selecting the prompt from the submit button next to your name on the nav bar! Either of these options works.

  • Next, you will be brought to the prompt submission page. There are three main fields to fill out:
    1. Prompt: Here you can pick from a dropdown list which specific prompt you are submitting for. If you came straight from the prompt's infocard, this will be already filled out.
    2. Submission URL: This is where you link the completed work, be it art or writing! It can be a direct image link or a link to the image's page on a website. Wherever you host it, please make sure the image is public so we can see it!
    3. Comments: Here you can put anything you want! If there's something you think the mods should know about your piece, put it here. This field is entirely optional.
  • Below these fields is the Rewards and Characters sections! As the rewards description says, you can claim additional bonuses depending on the rules of the prompt (i.e for having extra characters, fulfilling extra criteria, etc). If you try to claim rewards without fulfilling the prompt's bonus criteria, your submission will get rejected!
  • The character section is used to let us know which characters are in your piece. You will be asked to input a character code, which is the unique string of letters and numbers in your character's masterlist entry.

  • There will be another rewards field, this time for character-specifc stats. In most cases, this field can be ignored and you are free to hit submit prompt!
    • It is only used in Missions when the plushpet takes damage, in which case you can select "Health Points" and input the amount your character lost! You can also leave this blank if you're unsure, it'll be correctly filled out by a mod after submission.
      • Lost health points can be easily calculated by subtracting your plushpet's defense from the amount of damage the enemy deals.
      • This can only be done to plushpets you own! Trying to take HP from another's person plushpet will result in a server error.
